Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Yanderesa Studio.

Brand strategy, branding, graphic design, web design, audiovisual production and AI assisted services.

Quotations become binding upon written acceptance.

The agreement is formed upon written confirmation.

Invoices are payable by Stripe or SEPA within the agreed period.

The client shall provide all required materials and approvals in good time.

Included revisions are specified in the quotation. Additional revisions may be charged.

Usage rights are transferred according to the agreement after full payment.

Both parties shall keep confidential information secure.

Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

German law shall apply.

Project agreements end upon full delivery and payment. For ongoing services (retainer), a 30 day notice period to the end of the month applies unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery is made digitally or in the agreed form. The client shall review the delivery within 7 business days and notify any defects in writing. After this period, the delivery is deemed accepted unless substantial defects have been reported.

Yanderesa Studio may engage specialized third parties for partial tasks without affecting contractual responsibility or confidentiality.

For the use of AI assisted processes, please refer to our AI transparency policy. Final deliverables are professionally reviewed and curated unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The courts of Kiel shall have jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement, to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose.
